Roast Beetroot Falafels

This is a small stub about an author’s attempt to make beetroot falafels like the ones they want to make in a food truck. Unfortunately, they do not go beyond that initial step, only posting a picture of what beetroot falafels would look like. I’m assuming they aren’t original pictures are instead from stock photos. Oddly the author does post the website that they took the recipe from, as a link below the picture, but that is about it. It is a one paragraph dream on this vegan page, a link, a picture, and a large amount of advertising.

Key Takeaways:

  • Roasted beetroot falafels are a colorful and delicious spin on traditional falafel.
  • In this recipe, the beetroot is roasted to bring out its earthy sweetness.
  • This recipe is baked, rather than the more traditional deep-fried version.

“I’ve often thought that if I owned a food van serving street food, then beetroot falafels would be top of my menu.”
