Corned Beef & Cabbage Turnovers are an excellent way to use your leftovers from St. Patricks Day. These can be used as either an appetizer or for the main course! If you don’t have any leftover corned beef, you can always grab some from the deli section of the market.
To make, simply create 9 2.75″ squares of puff pastry. Add filling to one square and rub the edges with water. Next, stretch another square over the filling as the top piece and seal the edges with a fork. Continue until you’ve used all your squares. Brush an egg wash over the top and bake for 20 minutes at 375, or until golden brown. These can be served with any type of mustard sauce. Enjoy!
- A filling snack that could be made for parties or for dinner
- Actually quite simple to make once you get all ingredients ready
- You can always buy the necessary ingredients fresh; you don’t have to use leftovers
